Located approximately 38 kilometres south-west of Melbourne’s CBD, Windermere is a 184-hectare master-planned community nestled within the suburb of Mambourin.

Community amenity will include large public open green spaces with sports ovals, netball and tennis courts as well as wetlands and a creek reserve acting as a spine to the development. The land has also been set aside for four schools, and a local convenience retail centre.

Set for delivery over the next 4 years, Windermere will become home to over 6,300 lucky residents when complete.

 

Transportation:

  • Wyndham Vale train station is a 2.4 km drive from Windermere and there is parking available. The 8.15am train arrives at Southern Cross at 8.48am (33 minutes)
