Located approximately 38 kilometres south-west of Melbourne’s CBD, Windermere is a 363-hectare master-planned community nestled within the suburb of Mambourin.
Community amenity will include large public open green spaces with sports ovals, netball and tennis courts as well as wetlands and a creek reserve acting as a spine to the development. The land has also been set aside for four schools, and a local convenience retail centre.
